La Especialidad de Diseño de Modas en la escuela Alessandra Farelli tiene dos enfoques.
Industrial y de producción en serie:
Las materias de Patronaje, Ensamblado de Prendas, Graduación y Producción permiten al alumno desarrollar destrezas y habilidades para la realización de trabajo Industrial, es decir, para integrarse al campo laboral, o enfocar su emprendimiento a la producción por tallas de diversas prendas.
2. De Alta Costura
Las materias de Modelado en Maniquí, Pasarela, Alta Costura y Sastrería, preparan al alumno para desarrollar prendas con terminados de mucha calidad y crear prendas únicas las cuales son comercializadas en un mercado con mayor capacidad de pago.
